These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our CRM services, including but not limited to customization, hosting, and ongoing support. By signing up, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Expertcellent Custom Business CRM provides fully customizable CRM solutions designed for service-based businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

Custom CRM development branded with your logo and domain name. 

Unlimited staff access based on selected pricing plans. 

Unlimited usage of core CRM features, including Contacts, Contracts, Invoices, Estimates, Credit Notes, Proposals, Projects, Tasks, Tickets, and Leads. 

Scalable pricing plans based on the number of staff. Secure cloud hosting and regular updates. Dedicated customer support and onboarding assistance.  

2. Account Registration and Use

To access our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 

Sharing accounts between multiple businesses is prohibited. 

You agree to use the CRM in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Pricing and Payments

All plans require an initial custom development fee, determined based on the scope of customization.

Monthly fees are charged per staff and must be paid in advance. 

Payments are non-refundable once services are rendered. 

Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Customization and Implementation

Each CRM is customized per client specifications, including branding and domain integration.

The client must provide all necessary assets (logo, domain access, etc.) for customization. 

Development timelines vary based on project complexity. 

Any additional feature requests beyond core CRM functionalities may be subject to additional fees.

5. Data Ownership & Security

You retain ownership of all business data stored in your CRM.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. 

We are not liable for data breaches caused by third-party services or client-side negligence. 

Backups are performed regularly, but clients are encouraged to keep their own copies of critical data.

6. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our CRM services.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. 

We are not responsible for downtimes caused by unforeseen circumstances such as cyber-attacks, natural disasters, or third-party hosting failures.

7. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing a 30-day notice.

Upon cancellation, access to the CRM will be revoked at the end of the billing period. 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our CRM.

Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the past 3 months.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

We may or may not notify clients of changes to these Terms. 

Continued use of the CRM after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
